A COUNTRY I WOULD LIKE TO VISIT

It`s difficult for me choose only one country to visit, because I love travel, I want to travel for many countries, even I would travel around the world jajaja. But, if I have to select one country, I would like to visit India.

I choose India because this arouse to me curiosity, especially they culture. Their culture is very different for our culture, for example, their religion, architecture, foods, and their ways of life.
I saw photos of this country and I really like the scenery.  I was impress for the architecture of their temples, that´s are beautiful, it`s amazing for me see the pictures. For example, the most renowned temple, the Taj Mahal, I would to be there. Also I would to go to the typical stores, where the Indians sell their traditional products, like cloth, condiments or food. The other thing that I would to do is go to some traditional ceremony, and can know better their culture.

I would like to go there for know this place and their culture, for that I would stay there for three or four weeks, no more, because I think that this country is very different to Chile, and I imagine that is difficult can adapt in their costumes. I wouldn´t study, work or live there, I imagine that is difficult.

Well, I hope travel to India and many other countries.

Animals and pets

Hi. Today I´m going to write about animals and pets. I like this topic, because I love animals. When I was a Little girl I wanted to be a veterinarian. I have always liked animals, Im consider myself an animal lover. I remember that I took care the street-living dogs of my neighborhood. For that I always had a pet, I had many dogs, birds, and a rabbit. Now I have two dogs, and I love it, the dogs are the
best pet, because they are very loyal, and I can to play with them.

About the use of animals for medical research, I don´t agree. They suffer for human knowledge, that is not right, the humans should experiment with themselves. For that neither I´m agree with the zoo, the wild animals should be free in their natural environments. And I think that buy and wear fur coats it´s needles, exist other products without animal suffering.

Luckily I never been bitten by a dog, I imagine that is painful. Only  I have been bitten by a dog but playing (that´s also hurts). I think that are some animals dangerous, like some dogs, but I don´t think that the solution is muzzle the dog, it´s theach and don´t leave dogs in the street.

If I could be an animal I would a monkey, I would like to live free in the jungle.

“Mental health: Is Chile a depressed country?”

I going to tell you a summary of a scientific article call “Mental health: Is Chile a depressed country?

Chile is one of the most depressed countries, according to Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD). That study was realized in this year, and used the “Better Life Index”.

The most preoccupant result was that one in the three Chileans wills suffers a psychiatric upset in their life, upsets like depression, anxiety, alcohol or substance abuse.

The depression is one of the most catastrophic mental illnesses because this illness affects the normal functioning, for example the social area. The ability of enjoy is limited. For that, the peoples with depression that ask for help is a minority, and that’s dangerous. Also, other problem of this illness is that it does the people lost many year of life for reasons of health, and spends much money in medication, doctors, hospital stays.

But, the article said that not everything is bad in Chile, because the last National Mental Health Program revision of 2000 has been beneficial in the majority of population. But the mental illnesses continue to be the challenge of health.

A solution that suggests the article is the early intervention, because the majority of psychological problems begin in adolescence, that’s a critical period. This supposedly will control the situation. But also is necessary include familiar factors, adverse life events and psychological factors, and, the most important, ask for is something particularly hard about living in Chile today. That does can be for the inequality or the large working day.

My favourite movie

Hello teacher and classmates! Today Im going to talk about my favorite movie. First of all, I want to say that I prefer see movies in my house than in the cinema, because is more cheaper, and I can to see the movie when I want.

Well, It´s difficult for me choose only one movie, I like many of them. But I have to say that I prefer see documentarys.

My favourite movie is a documentary maked by Patrio Guzman called “Nostalgia de la luz” this means nostalgia of the light and tell about the relation between the search of “Detenidos Desaparecidos” realized by familiars of them in the Chilean desert and the present of this desertic space . That shows up the relation established on the difference about how to deal with the past, where private persons take the responsibility of this humanitarian search meanwhile the State of Chile seems worried about another searchs like the placement and development of astronomic centers on this same desert.

Well, I hope that you see the documentary, It´s sad but also beautiful. I recommend it.
